We can work collaboratively with you to map out the balance and composition of your oversight board which is appropriate for your business. We can then identify areas where action may be needed (e.g. training, additional members, members with diverse experiences and profiles) in order to attain the desired balance and composition of your oversight body.
Depending on client requirements and circumstances, our work could include
- Assessment of the balance of skills within the oversight body and recommendations for appropriate support to existing members of the oversight body
- Assessment of desirability of addition of new members to the oversight body and identification of attributes required for new appointments to the oversight body
